That is a visual bug/error of SC Payment settings. When you go and click the paypapal buy button, paypal will show it's one time payment only. You will not be charge monthly.

I have been doing some research and you seem to have a very good deal. I just want to make sure I have this correct, for $30 I can have my own account and build unlimited apps? Is the $30 a yearly fee? And is there any other fees I need to pay? Would I use your site directly or SC?

Yes you are correct, you will get 1 Lifetime Developer Account and publish unlimited apps, this is a one time fee. Other fees you need will be your own Google Android Developer Account and/or Apple Developer account for you to publish in APpStore. You will use my Domain that is pointed to SC Platform, still the Platform is hosted by SC.

Nothing for now, but if you buy the reseller offer, then you can send via Remittance Center like western union, you just have to pay the additional remittance charge.
