No it can't... LOL. The only way I've been able to use it is to put my laptop in Airplane mode and then register it with one of the above keys. Once CCleaner took the registration, I closed it. Then I got back online and ran it just to see and sure enough, it says the license is invalid.
I imagine you can keep registering it with one of these keys while in Airplane mode, register it and then run it (clean your computer) that way. CCleaner has a monitoring program that runs in the background to let you know when you need to update it even when you haven't opened and run it so I'm sure, it will keep invalidating the license code via the monitor. jack |

Didnt work with wi-fi still on
switched off wi-fi and it worked by upgrading the free version with the licece key - C2YW-PRSH-BXK3-C3YK-IZPC thanks!  |
