CCTV online viewing

Hey dear members
i do not know if this is the right question here or not?
but i think our members are very accessible to source of knowledge/data as such i post this tread

Does anyone have any complete guide on
" How to setup CCTV for online viewing and hand phone viewing?"
(samsung galaxy, or galaxy tab or ipad)
that is i setup maybe 2(or more) CCTV for 2 stores(or more) at different locations, i can view cctv for this stores through hand phone or pc

if there is please advice
