Basics


Preparing Youtube
You go to your YouTube Manager located here http://www.youtube.com/my_videos

Make sure to use videos >= 10Min, since those are the videos give the highest CPM and give you the option to have ad-breaks.

Select your Video, go to the monetization tab and set everything up like this:


Now the ad-breaks are a bit tricky.
From my experience with websyndic, 22Hits and many more, I would recommend per 60s of timer, you should place ~1 ad break.
So if you set your timer to 10 Minutes, you can use 10 Ad-breaks with 1 minute apart.

Always partner with either Fullscreen, BBTV or Machinima.

ROTATE VIDEOS REGULARLY
Don't recycle videos - In my experience it results in a HUGE loss of CPM.
OLD VIDEOS
You can use videos that were on UNLISTED before, just make sure you didn't use the videos before.(For me it was not profitable to recycle videos)

Regarding VPS:
Ensure that you have a VPS from the following countries

United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Germany, Australia and New Zealand.
