Sorry guys, it was a human error. I was changing over the datacenter for the homepage an didn't enable to keep-alive setting. It's back online now ;)

Yes - DOWNLOAD, torrent, video, BH scripts...etc are acceptable. Be aware though that there are different packages. The VPS isn't made to protect you like our Bulletproof Servers are. Regards of your needs, regardless of what is hosted - we have specific datacenters for it in strategic locations around the world.

In regards to DMCA notices: DMCA notices are ignored until there is an actual court order of the allegations in question.

In regards to e-mail hosting, I would personally recommend a host the specializes in bulk mailing such as massmailservers.com or greatmail.com
