Bing Ads content network Placements question

Hi, I recreated a Bing ads account, i had one when it was Adcenter but never used it ( used Google Adwords instead).

I tried to use the Bing content network to show some banners ads, but If I choose the "placement-sites" function on the Bing editor, I can't choose sites and placements. My question is, I need to wait some days after a campaign is created to see the available site placements? or use a trick to force Bing to allow me to do it?.

Any info or help is appreciated.
