Best strategie to promote CPA offers?

Honestly i am a newbie in affiliate marketing industry and i hope you to help me, i want to start by learning how to run a CPA campaigns, but that requires a big initial budget, that i don't have yet actually, but i know that i can start by promoting some offers for free.
please if anyone here have some success experiences with that, i will be grateful if you tell me the most effective method, and what types of offers should i start with? Note that i am now approved at maxbounty but still 0 dollar

For free traffic, you can use some of the social media platforms out there, twitter, pinterest, tumblr etc. Both of these are very good for targeted traffic if done right. If you are new and your initial budget is low, try some email zip submits. You won't blow through your budget too early and it'll give you that learning curve to move onto other offers.
