Best Twitter Tools?

I have been using Sublime since i discovered it on this forum for the last few days, and i bought captchas for it and refreshed by bigproxylist membership in order to try the account creator and following stuff...

It just seems to not be very stable? I cannot get most of my accounts to logon, or follow, or even edit profiles. I think it may be because of the proxies but am not sure.
