Total put off to purchase when BSO owner doesn't care to answer a simple message.
Would have liked to try out his service. Oh well....

Update......he returned from holidays and got a reply back from him and even made me a personal in depth video on everything I wanted to know regarding my questions.
Will certainly give his service a shot.

Unfortunately my experience from the last 3 bso's I purchased is that once they get the money in their pockets they stop replying. This one is no different

just came back from vacation, i had saw the messages, i had hit refund which usually is instant but in your case wasn't, in fact i had sent you message with screenshot and asked you if your paypal was verified coz i found it odd to not get refund instant.

when i got some internet i asked if you wanted me to send money manually coz for some reason refund cancelled and obviously the person that hit refund cannot do it.

anyways now i am back and i will take care of this!

lol you gotta be kidding me, i am member in this forum for years and i have done BSO, i NEVER EVER EVER EVER was hungry for the money from my buyers, like some here that they dissapear (samurai warrior etc...), in fact i hadn't login here either for days if you had check, coz you were fast here to make 3-4 comments so far but not fast to check my profile and realize i hadn't even login here for days....

so much for the benefit of the doubt!

That is so sad that some here act that way. Whether they have 10 clients, or 100.....every PAYING client counts. Without them, they would have no "service" (or lack thereof) to provide. Customer service IS and will ALWAYS be most important in having happy clients that will not only be return clients, but will be your best advertising tools out there.

yes there is truth to this and i support this 100% ...

in my case doesn't apply though since the fee is next to nothing and i am making more from the actual bets than the subscriptions, while in fact many people that sell services they tend to make money from their subscribers not from the actual service itself

Not going to get into an argument, but your after service is appalling. I have many messages that have never been replied to. Even if you check the message i sent 2 days ago about your API i still havnt got a reply yet. I was onto Paypal and they said that you cancelled the refund, i sent a message last week if you could send it from your balanace as your refund wasnt working and again youve sent the same way which isnt working,., anyway im not getting into a debate here and will leave it

but lets take it 1 by 1, yesterday when i reply here i hit refund, so as far as money concerned the refund given...

second, when someone hit refund he doesn't have any other option, so the option to cancel as you said is literaly non existent, even in the rare case that take 1-2 days for the money to arrive into your paypal again there is no option to cancel because paypal withholding for moneylaundry so again there is no option to cancel from the time that the refund button is pressed.

and I SUGGESTED 10 days ago that hey: if it takes too long let me send you the 30 not as refund but from my account which means you could get the 30 and then go and DISPUTE the other 30 but as i said i am not here to take someones money i believe on what i do and in order someone to get results he need to be consistent.

Let's forget the refund and talk about the time it takes for you to reply then? You say you have 500 messages to check, maybe its too much for you? Not having a go, but i was waiting over a week for a reply to some messages, and this isnt good customer service imo. (still waiting on a reply to a message i sent on Monday).
