Sorry if this was already asked. Does it support sending FB messages to people who responds to certain posts within your facebook page? or do the visitors have to initiate a conversation with the page for the chat bot to kick in?

Also is this one time or monthly fee? Thanks.

Hi! This platform is a messenger chatbot, so yes, the visitor need to initiate a conversation first. Though, this platform is not as simple as it is as it contains a whole bunch of features and a complete templates (it's like placing your website in your clients fb messenger lol).
