Apologies for the inconvenience you had. The hosting provider was having some issues at their end which was causing issues to some of the software users.

We are now working to move hosting to another VPS and we will get back to you on this ASAP.

Please check after some time. If it doesn't work even after 2-4 hours, please let me know.

The main server of hosting provider is down and causing our VPSes to be down.
We are changing our hosting and licensing servers now. We will keep posted on the updates on this issue here.

question: is there anyway to filter domains before they eat up all credits?? for example.. im getting a large return of domains from countries I cant even register and this counts against credits??

Tried to reach your site from US (east and west coasts), Netherlands, and France. Doesn't resolve from anywhere, ping test can't even find a host?
