@poly: Thanks for posting and I hope you don't see my tongue-lashing as something personal --- it's not. I get frustrated trying to demonstrate how easy it is to find many of the downloads you may want with a simple search. Either search the forum posts for mirrors or re-ups or search Google for the download elsewhere. It takes a little more time to go looking for a file but you're more likely to get it than posting for a re-up or mirror that may never come along.

@All: If, at any time, the links are all dead on this thread, a search for it elsewhere can help. I went to Library Genesis and found two download links (pdfs) that I'm posting below.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD FROM LIBRARY GENESIS: In the image below, I used a red arrow to point you to the download links.

When you get to the download page, click one of the 4 blue text links over the book cover image. I usually go with Cloudflare but they all should work.

And I just checked Makepeace's dbree.org link, which is still working. So, for the time being anyway, you still have a couple of options.

But the very best thing you can do for yourself is to learn to patiently scan through all posts on a thread to see if someone shared a mirrored (or if the original poster re-upped the file). Second to that, you should use the search engines to try and find a download link.
