we already have that feature .. anyone can pay via paypal to buy premium membership and so can download files without survey

if you have some php knowledge, it will be easy for you
Otherwise you can hire a coder (or our coder) to add any gateway you want or any custom changes.

i think i missunderstood the answer... i want them to just pay for a download .. not for the premium account..

the script does not do that by default but you can have it changed with our coder or your coder.
