Hi There is a lot of software and plug ins for SEO but I find that you can manage by doing the following:-<br>

Your main keyword should be in your domain<br>

Your main keyword should be placed in the home title tag 2 times<br>

Your main keywords must appear in H1; H2 and H3 Tags<br>

Your main keyword should appear near the beginning of your first sentence in each paragraph<br>

Your main keyword must be in the last sentence<br>

Your overall keyword density should be at least 3%<br>

Using your main keyword as anchor text you need to link to another internal page on your site at least once<br>

Using your main keyword as anchor text you need to link out to an
authority site at leats once in each post with a no follow tag.<br>

Make sure you remove all other outgoing links or add a no follow tag to each one<br>

makes sure that each image has your main keyword in the alt=""<br>

Make sure that you bold italisize or underline your main keyword at least once<br>

make sure thta each post is over 750 words and less than 1200 words and is written around your main keyword.<br>
