RE:
This looks very much like the Webcompanalyst program by Jnathan Leger he had years ago, i had a copy and used it in the same way, the front screen looks similar as well.. It stopped working after a few years so i un installed it. This version seems to go further and more upto date so interested in trying it. It was useful in that it let you know how other sites got to where they were.
Truth is Google results are crap for most things I search for, i often find myself having to us the advanced search just to get the latest info as much of my searches are IT related and the results are often posts years old and out of date. I have also noticed a lot of sites.google pages in the top results together with dead links, urls that error, clicking on them is nothing but spam pages often with no content, how is that relevant to anyone. Google is truly busted and i dont think it matters too much what you do, next week it will need something different. Lots of pages of Youtube videos as well and again not many relevant in content to what you want, just mass produces sales videos. Thanks for the download though i will try it to get some in-site to anything that may at least be consistent between the top results for more narrow terms. I think Google is slowly amalgamating all its services anyway. i.e Google product listings, Youtube, social signals from Plus and Pages etc. They want it all and all to be used and linked to be relevant and combat Facebook, twitter etc, i have even noticed different ad formats to the right with the top results on the right in two columns and graphical with normal Adword ads underneath. These seemed to be listings from Google checkout etc. |

Hi Omega, I'm working with a VMWare image with Windows XP. I get an "Unhandled Exception" (I'll post the error below), and if I click Continue, it hangs up after showing the screen with "Verification Success".
Apparently it hangs up after trying to communicate with the licensing server.... Error Code below: Code: See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. |

I would suggest that you check and make sure you have the latest dotnet framework and c++ redistributional on your vm image. |
