Somethings are out of control of the seller. He doesn't owns SC but he was a mere reseller and u got a great deal at $47 or whatever.
I see tremendous potential in android apps and make good money so i actually subscribed to seattle clouds for over 200 apps. It costs me a lot but i am equally making good money from those apps and see a future in android apps.

He delivered the promise but SC demanded more money. He is not liable for any refunds and u should not ask for one as somethings are out of control.

IMO, Helena is right, OP is just a reseller, I think it's not his fault.

yes, u can use a paypal payments page inside apps or stripe/checkout options.
