I can't "Add New Application" and the account plan is showing "Expired/Inactive".

Is this supposed to be normal?

yes... seems like the reseller account is a limited/restricted one. It is useless and you probably can't create multiple campaigns for tracking and sending different messages.

I guessed thats what you paid for.

It's not limited, I'm starting to think what they implied on the salespage and what you can actually do are not the same thing. I am in contact with their support and I won't leave you guys hanging. One way or another we will resolve this.

I am going to pause this BSO until I can resolve these issues.
