This is very frustrating.
Product launched on the 4th October, I paid on the 6th and it's now the 5th November.
Seller has promised to deliver it 'next week' about 3 times now. But never delivers and never updates with new delivery date.

To be clear: I do believe the seller will deliver.
BUT the seller has multiple (and I mean very many) GBs and BSOs on this forum, and I see him posting and PM-ing people -- but he has my money and isn't doing me the basic courtesy of giving me a clear delivery date, or updating me when he doesn't fulfill his own promise of delivery.

There are other BSOs/GBs by this seller I am interested in but I won't be paying for any until this one is fully delivered, and my experience with this one makes me a bit cautious about buying others.
Customer service is important -- even on a BH site!
Trust is everything!

I agree with you magma. I've been waiting over a month now too. If it was going to take this long then there should have been more transparency.

I agree with magma and zanderman, it doesn't take much to update a post its bad business to leave your customers in the dark! If there is problem with the vendor keep us updated.
