I loved your service, only to find out that
you refuse to refund my purchase after politely
letting you know that WPMU DEV Dashboard
did not jive with the plugins / theme I have
on my site.

You've stated that you don't issue refunds...
I disagree with your TOS simply because the
product you're offering does not work on my
website.

Please keep in mind that PayPal's TOS trumps
your TOS.

If I initiate a refund / dispute with PayPal
and you presented your evidence and I presented
my evidence, we (clearly) know who would win.

Here's the good news for you... I would never
initiate a dispute with PayPal (under any
circumstances), simply because I would never
air my differences against my fellow BBHF
brother / sister outside of this forum.

If you choose not to refund my purchase
I will accept your decision and we will consider
this issue dead.

confidence.

He's a world class professional and very
attentive when it comes to servicing after
the sale.

WPMU's products are stallar and in a class
by themselves!

For the the record... I do not have an ought
against Vyshakh. I think he's a great member
of our awesome forum.

I happened to buy a product from him that
did not work for my situation.

If you have OptimizePress 2.0 on your site,
you DEFINITELY need to make sure you
will not encounter the issues I've had
with the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin before
moving forward with your purchase.

See, i saw your issue and i have already refunded your amount and you can see that in paypal now..I had kept in my thread that refund is not allowed, but as you have a valid reason for a refund, i have processed it...i just needed to know if the issue was serious or you were one of those who buy and spit...

WPMUDEV is a yearly subscription program.. there is nothing like lifetime...

Although once downloaded, the themes+ plugins will be with you forever, but you wont get any updates right? so you need to pay yearly to WPMUDEV for updates/support..They Charge $500+ per year for multisite plan!

So the theme + plugins+ videos are for lifetime, but updated for one year only!
