The thread was created in more than a year already with little to no complain from customers. So you discrediting me when all what you are trying to do here is eating your cake and still having it seems is out of it.

I have more than 10 BSOs here already and I honourably refund clients that worths it (for my my clear fault). Go on in the dispute and good luck..

I paid 3 weeks ago, you said your paypal was shut down and to file a dispute and you'd refund. I havent received the account or a refund to date. What is going on?

3 weeks ago? it was on 22nd of November and that's just upto a week ago sir.

Yep, I sent payment details to you in more than 1 week before u made payment and the paypal account got shut down within the time, u didn't respond nor give reply with any message so I could have told u that the paypal account is no longer useful. U messaged me your payment details I told u to dispute the transaction immediately so It could be refunded back.


We all know dispute takes 10 days to be refunded - especially when the account u disputed got into negative balance and nothing to be done from the account owner's end.

The payment has already been disputed and trust is all that remains - which I'm quite confused on to deliver u account first while we wait as some smart guys might no longer send the payment again after it got refunded back to them - that's why I kept mute waiting for the 10 days to past so that the payment will be refunded to u before delivering the account...

It's ma'am. The dispute was November 21st, the payment was before that. You also said you would refund immediately, however, the Paypal dispute says "waiting for seller to respond" If you had authorized a refund the case would be closed, You don't have to wait for a dispute to close, you're supposed to answer it. Today is the last day for the dispute so I will update here if I get my money back in a few days. I'm not really sure how you can help me better in private, it's my thinking you'll be more likely to resolve situations if they are out on the open. Thanks
