Auto-logouts now ??
I wonder if anyone else is seeing this ??
I usually visit here daily. Up 'till 2 days ago it would simply remain logged in. Now, when I visit it requires a log-in each time. Any clues for me ?? Thanks for reading. |

RE: Auto-logouts now ??
Still, each visit now requires a new log-in each time.
Annoying, but not life-threatening. Meh. ![]() |

RE: Auto-logouts now ??
I experience this one before but manage to fixed by clearing cookies and cache.
then relogin again and make sure to "auto save" your login and password. Even how many times i restart my pc, the login was still there. Hope that helps :) |

Yes.
I did all that but nothing changed. (The creds ARE saved here for easy log-ins.) |

RE: Auto-logouts now ??
AI Answer for your query (I have not logged in separately every time on BBHF after restarting/powering on my Windows 11 PC with Chrome browser for many days):
------------- To remain logged into Best Blackhat Forum, you must allow your browser to save session cookies and ensure Windows isn't clearing them. Step 1: Check "Remember Me "Whenever you log in to Best Blackhat Forum, check the "Remember Me" (or "Remember me on this computer") box. Step 2: Stop Chrome from Clearing Cookies. Websites use cookies to keep you logged in. If Chrome deletes them, you get logged out. Open Chrome and click the three dots (top right) > Settings. Go to Privacy and security > Site settings. Scroll to On-device site data and select "Allow sites to save data on your device". Make sure you do NOT have "Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows" toggled on. Step 3: Enable Chrome Sync. Syncing prevents your browser from losing account data after a system restart. In Chrome Settings, click "You and Google". Ensure your Google Account is listed and Sync is turned on. Step 4: Resume Where You Left Off. Instead of opening Chrome from scratch, configure it to load your previous tabs automatically: In Chrome Settings, click "On startup" on the left menu. Select "Continue where you left off". Step 5: Stop Third-Party Cleaners. If you use cleanup utilities like CCleaner or Windows 11 Storage Sense, configure them to exclude browser cookies, otherwise, they will wipe your active login sessions. ------------ Query - what to do to always remain logged in bestblackhatforum.com so that I do not have to login after I start my Windows 11 PC with Chrome browser? Hope It Helps |

RE: Auto-logouts now ??
Thanks for the above Rkmonline .
(BTW - I avoid all 'ai' as a personal preference.) Just FYI, I gave up windoze years ago and also do not use mainstream Chrome. I changed nothing at all on my desktop PC, and the auto-logouts just started and do remain. It is just 1 more click now to log-in, so really just a minor irritant. Thanks Again. Lumos |
