i have been strugling with a lot of addictions througout my life from food, sweets , games, and adult content

And i am sure that you all guessed that the later was the Big Boss of all of them
the devil with the 7 souls whom each soul is deeply attached to a negative charged emotion inside your body like anger, frustration , fear, anxiety... and that can easily be used as a backdoor to hijack your system and sabotage your plans.

We all know that the external envirenment is so difficult to manage if not impossible especially in today's world
that why gaining mastery over oneself is the best quest someone can chase.

i have found a guy on youtube that goes by the name of universal man that i really fell in love with his video intro

i have subscribed to his membership site and it has been really helpful especially the community side and some 5 to 10 min small audios he made and called them the vancast

i put them an auto play each morning when i go out for a walk
but i am gotta warn you, elimanting such a big habit like porn that for many of us was te swiss knife for dealing with emotional discomfort is not for the weak souls

But trust me on this, and i am assuming that whoever is reading this had suffered like me and knows what i am talking about, IT IS WORTH IT

and don't go about preaching this to other people until you are over 8 months clean

by the way i am 387 days in w/ no relapse

mix the audio with some workout - i prefer walking - and some discipline and consistency and you may aswell find your true self in the process
