Here's my unbiased review.

I just received a short article to test out their service. Bear in mind, my niche is a little more off the beaten track, so it would take more research or knowledge to put it together.

I'll grade them on my normal scale that I use when evaluating whether to use a service again for content:

1) Readability - A
The article is definitely readable by anyone fluent in English. No sudden topic changes as you would expect from a "generated" article. Each paragraph made sense and were consistent with the theme of the article and of the paragraph itself.

2) Grammar/Spelling - A
Grammatically, it was fairly sound. No glaring errors and certainly nothing that would indicate that this was anything but a hand written article. Most sentences are simply sentences, so not much use of complex sentences and punctuation (ie. commas, semi-colons, etc.) That's not a bad thing, just an observation.

3) Content/Research - B+
The content was fair, but like I said - my niche is a little more off the beaten path. There was only one real glaring error in the research and honestly, it wasn't that bad and something that can easily be corrected by someone more familiar with the topic. And even if it wasn't corrected, most people reading the article wouldn't really catch it - only someone intimately familiar with the niche.

4) Uniqueness - B
I don't have a copyscape account, so I can't check for true uniqueness - but I did it the poor man's way - posted it to one of my blogs, then ran copyscape vs the URL. Nothing glaring came back.

4) Overall - A
Overall, this article is something I could post with no modification. Other than the one issue I mentioned with a factual error - again, that most people would miss - this was a well written and researched article. I plan to order a bunch for some private blogs I'm setting up
