Well, Thank you so much Rushie!

Hi, this is Bikranta. I have gone through this whole thread. As of now, I am employed with one of the best companies in the world, but at the same time it appears that my job is boring and I need to try various jobs (at times I feel how about being a sailor, and at times a video editor. I start learning about ocean navigation online for a couple of days, and then on the third I would start learning Adobe Premiere Pro. When I would realize that my laptop is not able to run Adobe Premiere Pro ( 4 GB RAM), by that time I would have become an aspiring investor!!!!) since that would help me enhance my knowledge even further. My outlook has always been like, let me try to know each and everything and soon I realize that I have learnt nothing. I have various e-books and Udemy courses rotting in my account, and till date I could manage to finish only a few of them (especially the ones which are under a couple of hours in duration)!!! Whenever I speak to people about this problem (of course to my near ones), I myself feel that I have been childish all along and I can LEARN how to focus and eventually MANAGE these problems. But till date I could never manage and I confront this reality every now and then. I have been a good student (if not brilliant), but now that I have stepped into this corporate world, my life has become more of a hell. I start various things and then give up within couple of days.

Even while I am writing this, I feel like I have forgotten how to construct simple sentences in English.

Rushie, I don’t know, I am very aspirational, I have dreams of establishing my own MNC someday but the truth is that I can’t focus on a simple thing, let alone chasing such a huge dream. I am pill-o-phobic (what concerns me the most is, if you observe, on the disorder spectrum probably ADHD is the simplest psychological disorder. There are much more complex disorders such as Schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s and people experiencing delusions. But more often than not, I see doctors prescribing same set of drugs (Oleanz, Litca or Cilopam) to ADHD patients which they even prescribe to Schizos and Autistics. Then is it the case that ADHD is also that much complex, or is it the case that since this has got no treatment, they prescribe those same pills which would actually make you dependent on them. I don’t know and would like to know your opinion on this !!!!).

I don’t want to go to a psychologist. They are the most ruthless people walking on this planet. They will organize a couple of sessions, listen to all your problems and on the third session they would refer you to a psychiatrist. Now you go to a psychiatrist, and even before you finish telling them your symptoms, they will be ready with the same set of drugs and would advise you to continue the counselling sessions as well. At the end, I guess, you will end up being more dependent on drugs and by then they would have stripped you off your money, health and freedom. Thus, visiting a doctor, for me, is the last option in my list. I would love to try out meditation and breathing techniques and will let you people know if I see any improvement. Can you please share your experiences and also some natural yet practical solutions which can help me cope with this?

Thanks a lot once again.

I went through the comments in the SECOND video and found a comment by DR Thomas (the narrator) that maybe a reflection of what Rushie may want to send more info about. If you have time and concerned about similar symptoms I recommend to go thru the comments. If not maybe this below can jumpstart.
Code:
For many people, the first step in getting treatment for symptoms is having a clinical evaluation. For adults, these evaluations for learning and thinking differences must be completed in person by a qualified professional, like a psychologist, doctor, or learning behavior specialist. This can be done at a community mental health agency, counseling or study skills center at a local college or university, or a local hospital-based program: https://u.org/2yeNiZq.However, there are strategies you can try that may help you to manage ADHD at home (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oVx5hBNPmzI), to deal with the symptoms (https://u.org/3htsgb1), to stay organized (https://u.org/3eMo7Cg) and to thrive.
