Anyone tried Kayako's Self-service Knowledge Base?

I'm thinking of adding a self-service knowledge base to my online shop, and I've been looking for different options, and so far now Kayako's web self service looks like the most proper choice.

I want something that is easy to customize and manage, and as it seems, it is the best choice out there. However, I'd like to get your reviews guys, in case you have tried it!
