Anyone have experience with Romania based VPS

Any BH'r have current experience with a VPS in Romania? I have been looking for a VPS with decent specs, and on eBay I saw several configurations that were much cheaper (about by 20%) than most of the other offerings.

I am wondering what my trade-off is for the lower price? I wont publish a link as I dont want to stir up issues,
but config is (@ $25 US/m)

Only thing I see that I should know is the CPU specs: initially I am going to try 10 instances of an iMacros script (IE browser) so that should be an issue for a 4 core anyway.
