Bigspy is a good option and the best part is that it is free so very useful for someone on a budget. It covers almost every niche and can be accessed in almost any country.

If there are any financial constraints then you can try similar web or Ad Gooroo but if you have the money go for spy fu, it works great.

BigSpy is a very good tool for ad spying as it allows you to search for a URL that is running ads. You can then see all the ads running from that particular URL. It also shows you the performance and targeting information which is why it is the best to use. It gives you a whole picture of how someone is running their ads. I also had a good experience while using so I would suggest you check it out.
