Amazon Product API - NEW RULE
I ran into a major issue when trying to create my first Amazon affiliate store using a certain store builder software app. In the past, you were able to create your associate account, and then acquire your Amazon API keys via the Product API.

Now, Bezos and company changed the d*** rules, so before you can get your Amazon API keys, you first have to get 3 qualified sales from your store, and have your associate account approved. And of course this is impossible, since your creating a new store and as such you don't have a d*** store to begin with.

I contacted Amazon and the software vendor. I await their responses.

Have any of you run into this problem, and if so, then how did you resolve it?

I am assuming you cannot use someone else's API keys for your own store?

Thanks

RE: Amazon Product API - NEW RULE
I recently read a thread where someone suggested that you can use some plugins that don't require API. I am awaiting their response regarding the plugin details. You can search that post. I am sure you will get the answer.

RE: Amazon Product API - NEW RULE
Just use Amazon Stripe and insert links manually until you get 3 sales. Then you can start using API.
