The account doesn't gets suspended after a single problem with ad campaign.
Usually, it is the payment method because of which the accounts get suspended after 1-2 days.
If u will not send a refund nor try to restore them, it is highly unlikely anyone will buy the accounts.

1 More thing, it is better to tell the price here and update it if u plan on changing it often.
No one will take so much pain to just ping u on skype and then ask for pricing. This is sheer time wastage.

Some accounts get suspended if you do blackhat and mess up with your cloaker, safe page, money page, ad title, keywords etc.. If it is a billing problem or anything from my side of course i will restore it!

If we are being realistic here you have a low reputation and few posts. I hate to disappoint you but without much more detail you are unlikely to get many if any takers. Your standing on this site is everything so you need to show you are legit not hide the facts. Get someone who has some standing a FREE trial and get a report from them as a testimonial otherwise you will get nowhere. Only trying to help but take it as you will.
