Thanks, guys, for your REPs. Sorry that my zippy links have died. I will try to remove that post. In the meantime, anyone still wanting this oldie-but-goodie can get it from originall's share at post #14. Just click the first link (http://mir.cr/1OG9X98Z) and use the Solidfiles host server. It just worked for me.
Also, Maggie Jo just confirmed (in post #19) that Solidfiles also works in the 2nd of originall's links (same post # but use the multimirrorupload link). I hope this helps. Layna61524 |

This is an old thread but if anyone is still looking for the book (as Maggie Jo says in post #19) use the multi file mirror in post #14 and go for the Solidfiles link.
