No more free credits until people use all of their credits when registering. (100 credits).

Users are registering, getting their free credits and not using the exchange, which is a waste of time for them and me, as their website will receive minimal hits as they are not using the exchangers.

So moving forward, you must have used all of your free 100 credits when registering to be eligible for a free credit boost.
