If they ban account it will be because of what u promote and not because of the coupon or something else so yeah that is to be expected that u won't be able to use the same domain and ad again.

I have used same domain that was accepted and burned the whole 115$ coupons I had on all by using the same domain name.

Well 20$ account could get banned because of an issue with an account (rarely happens but it does sometime). The one with impressions if it gets banned u will know its the landing page and the AD fault.

Okay, so I'm wondering is I use this Bing account, then once the credit is used up, can I just buy another Bing account from you and keep doing this over and over... BUT keep sending the traffic to the same domain, will this be a problem? Like will the folks at Bing pick up that a few accounts are sending traffic to same domain, will raise any flags?

I haven't had any problems doing this :) I do advise u delete the campaign once done and then reuse it on the next account.
