Affiliate Marketing and my Failure story.
So I thought I'd share my Failure story with Affiliate marketing. Maybe help some of you guys with what not to do.
So I invested about $100 in my marketing efforts Quick run down of money spent $11 - .com $10 - 700 word article $20 - Two Videos From Fiverr (Females) $20 - Two Video SEO services. (Likes, views, subs, + backlinks) $50 - SEO Services from SEOclerks (I think I ordered two different services) $99,999.99 - My time So I spent all that money and had my site nice and ranked 2-5 for my product name and product name + review and product name + scam. I thought I was going to do well but a day before launch I got wiped out to the second page and about 4 sites sprung up and out ranked me. I was so bummed I actually never done any Affiliate marketing since then. This is my fault I know that I should have keep doing SEO service and furthermore had other sources of traffic but I did not. Still none the less I'm scared of jumping on the house because it's something that took me quite some time to put together + money invested. |
