Advice on VPS specs for Bots please

Hello,

I use a Windows VPS for some bots I use regularly.
I have installed Jarvee, Scrapebox and some posting, profile, etc bots

Jarvee runs 24/7 with approx 10 accounts on it.
Scrapebox is running most days also.

I have been using a VPS provider I am happy with = solidseovps com
I use their 'Highline Max' VPS with
4x core (E3/E5) / 3GB RAM / 40GB SSD / US Server = $19.95 per mth

But I'm trying to run another bot on it and space is becoming an issue, so I was thinking of renting another VPS, but not sure what I need.

EG: Should I get another account with Solidseovps? Should I upgrade the account I have -- what do these bots need to work best?

They currently have a 50% off offer on their dedicated servers, which looks good - and maybe I could get one of those instead, but what do I need so I can run everything on one VPS:

eg: Their Core Series CR04 dedicated servers have:

Intel Xeon E3-1230v2 / 4x3.30 GHz / 32 GB / 240GB SSD / 10TB @1Gbps = $64.95 per mth, at 50% off that's just $32.50

With 50% off, that would take a lot of those dedicated servers down to approx the same price as adding a second highline max vps or upgrading a few elements of what I have (approx $50-$50 per mth).

I am just looking for some advice as I don't really know what specs are most important for running Jarvee 24/7 with approx 10+ accounts (each being posted daily 30-50 times each). Plus Scrapebox running, and maybe adding a few instances of SB so I can do more each day with it. And Some scraping/posting bots.
