I think you are from PAKISTAN<,INDIA or Bangladesh ... where Google made some strict rules for approval.I m also from that banned countries I earn lot of money from Ad-sense but last year when Big G made a clean sweep in Pakistan and India I also get disapproval. After that I leave adsense and try others CPA / click bank system ... Use them and forget the Ad-sense The reasons of this is our many blog owners in these countries, that violet Google rules they made fake clicks thru FB or chat system as a result many innocent bloggers who works honestly get disapproval. Some them use Copied materials and much things that are against of Big G Terms and conditions.

If you had not copied material and you had more 1K unique visitors from Big G,I think you got approve remember your web/blog must be older at least 6 months or has such reputation in Search engine that your all pages indexed by Google Bot and must contain 30+ pages, proper managed etc
