The process is.
Creating an email by proxy attached + Creating an account on a website with the email address and proxy created + Automatically submits a form with a premade template and lastly.
Account monitoring for emails and if the request was submitted.

Needs it for mass account creation and mass monitoring must be multithread. Can emulate a browser for each account login with the following proxy attached for account creation and account monitoring simultaneously.
