Usually, at the time of payment doesn't AdSense start shaving off earnings coming in from illegitimate sources?

I've tried numerous such strategies, especially the ones using Tor Browser, all of them work in the beginning, but when the time comes to pay AdSense reduces your earnings by up to 90%, and that's the indication that your account is being monitored, which will eventually lead to a suspension.

We don't use any Tor Browser or Strictly NO VPN and there's very less deduction of invalid activities. Ex - If your earn $295 then for invalid activities $5-$10 are deducted and sometime no deduction at all.
