Hi Youth, let me help you out

1. I have worked with US audience before and I can certainly say getting 1k unique visitors from US isn’t hard, but to get them on daily basis, you will need additional strategies, these strategies are what I added on my guide.

2. Most of your work will be put on planning and analyzing, executing your plan should not take more than 10 minutes, so around 1-2 hours if you are busy, since you can leave your spam to do its job and later come back just for me quick analysis

3. Yeah of course you can, it is maybe even better since people would probably already recognized amazon links and if they click they know what they get theirselves into

4. I haven’t tried twitter yet but I had success on promoting Instagram profiles and YouTube videos, with some percentage leading to subscription to my channel.

5. You can go specific and target and separate your audience by niche, although keep in mind that one customer can always be in multiple niches too, so your spam messages better be customized on each niche if you plan to separate your campaigns.

The question means if I want to target any niche, will I always be able to find groups for that niche where the members are mostly US citizens? Niche+US in every group that I spam, is that possible? Or maybe I should forget niche if I want to target US?

Look if you want me to help you set up a nice system with a lot of numbers that randomly or timely send messages to your potential customers, I can definitely do that. But I already reminded you on how expensive that would be. The numbers can be cheap, but ban replacement and resource usage can be costly.

Yes, this is mainly group spam because hey sending a message in a group gets your messages read by a lot of whatsapp users with one tap, I thank you for not pointing out the other methods inside.
