UPDATE: Alikashif7 has responded to my support request and resolved the issue and also issued a partial refund for the time I was not able to access the tools.

I now have working access via remote desktop. There are tons of tools inside. I tested a few and they are working great. Happy with the service so far.

I signed up for this. Credentials provided are not working. Also I have been charged for the first month from paypal without using this in trial period. Support is of no help as of now. I am going to wait for few more days to see if my concerns are resolved
