Do you have to retest and/or recertify every year or so often to keep your certification with Google? ...If so does your $200. fee cover that also or is it another $200. each time?

There are basically 2 tests.

Fundamentals is valid for 2 years
the advanced exam (display or search) is valid for 1 year.

So if you want to be adwords certified next year, we again have to do the test. So I will charge again next year.

The thing is once you become a adwords certified partner, it brings instant reputation that you know how to run campaigns on adwords.
