 With Google's algorithm changes over the last year or so, if your going to use these types of templates, you better make them min 90% UNIQUE! You'll need quality unique content, Unique layout, Unique photos, videos etc.... Just following the 3 steps provided will not be enough, unless you want your site looking like a million other sites that use these templates. If you think your going to be able to make these unique in "3 simple steps" your going to get your site bitch slapped by Google!
