There is nothing about accounts closing. I think the user jumped the gun and panicked because he saw a payment failed message when in fact it was due to a rollback when CF upgrades. The account is still active, just that message which is quickly sorted for the client. We have not had a single account close. This is your own private account. Not shared. The only time we will need access to your account is if there is an issue with the account due to a rollback after a CF update which is quite rare.
