Anyone else has been kicked out of Canva with account and email address completely erased from Canva?

Been trying to fix this with OP but apparently there seems to have 'mistakes' unfortunately, and now the last thing I'm told is "I've sent you a new invitation" that was more than an our ago but have yet to receive any thing nor to receive any other reply from OP after stating that I've not received the new invitation.

'Apparently', I WOULD AVOID SHELLING OUT CASH FOR THIS through this BSO because it looks like Canva kicks you out and erase your account without mercy, by 'mistake' as per the OP saying.
