I don't want to do that. I want to update my domain with your hosting DNS info.

However, the account creation form isn't allowing me to do that.

When I select ALREADY HAVE (domain) and enter my existing domain name,

I keep getting "the domain you entered is in the wrong format"

What is the correct format?

How can I fix this in order to proceed?

The form has 3 options for you to choose from.

In your case, you need to choose ALREADY HAVE DOMAIN, enter your domain and then click search.

You should be able to move forward and if you are still having issues, send me your details via PM to setup the order for you.
