the video tutorials are for everything, you have included what is listed on each of the features page for each platform. There are only a couple extra modules not included.

They are the same software , with the instagram edition you have all instagram related modules and the unlimited accounts module enabled for all platforms.

sorry but no idea what that is or why you got charged more, probably you used an intermediary of some sort that took some extra for himself. Contact our support and they will take a look.

yes it is, you can add watermark to all your posts if that's what you want
