1. No, there is no one time payment because it's also a pain in you know where to keep updating this software and provide continuous support :) and we do a lot of those.

2. yes, you get all the features listed on each of the pages for each platform except the extra modules listed on that page, those you can get for a one time payment if you need them.

you should go a little through the thread before asking this.. you'll see that review copies are long gone. there is a 5 days free trial for everybody though, just go to the site and create an account.
