For me it works. In a flat. My Neighbour has Telecom.

This is fine, but unsafe as your MAC Address is in that person’s router/access point.

If he/she is not on unlimited plan and finds bills are higher and goes to ISP to check.

That MAC Address can identify your laptop (exactly) and possibly your location.

It is better to use a VPN on your own network.

PS: You can spoof MAC Address if you have a Linux machine; but not (easily) on windows.

Many thanks berlinerin for info about wifi pass finder - but this app only will display the information about wireless networks you connected to before !!!
What about the others that I didn't connect to them before?

Hmm maybe this is changed?
Iam working with my neighbours Wlan since years now.
Found in Sterjosoft his WLan Box and his Password.
But one other told me the same like you. Maybe it has changed. So Iam lucky :)
