Julian Goldie is a good example to follow. He is preaching what he does so he knows what is effective as it is his business to rank.
So many others just want your money by just posting sensational videos with crazy claims that is difficult to achieve if you are new to SEO. Even if you are in SEO for sometime, it is an ever changing landscape for the SEO industry so you need to be upgrading your knowledge base constantly.
