You mean I can't pay you by Paypal?

Sure, I can preload it with any amount per order . U just need to pay for the load.

However, for the BTC I mentioned , note that Payment for card can be made with PAYPAL but If you later want a load on it, I accept the payment for the load only via BTC (Security and Economical purpose) .
