I don't understand that. Google and Youtube rank highly 1) naturally and 2) because they own the search engines.

nop bro they rank their website , a normal video owner or even a big youtube chanel cant creat 10 000 000 backlinks on a blog that dont allow autoaproved comment and owned by youtube with their name on it , google too if you see on moz they build backlinks to rank not using their search engine to rank , as if they do that , they will not has the same power over bing and the others , PA and DA , CF and TF are not google or youtube score check , pa , da is moz scall check and cf ,tf is a majestic ones , so they cant put any value on that as they dont owen thos tools , please check them again and im not a seo expret but i have my experience on that and tools

Is this a single page that serves as the backlink source OR is this a site that offers numerous pages that you get to drop links on. Basically I cant sort out if we are paying $250 for a single page or an acual site that had numerous pages all with these high metrics.

ok to be clear i dont owen the blog so you cant droop feed backlinks using dropbox and others , second like as star i sugest 3 links per week , that the same method using by youtube to get their powerfull score on moz and majestic and on the engine search , now all the pages are with thos high metrics all of them that why you pay as youtube (google ) such big companie using one and only one blog to rank on skyrock to see how much dificult to creat one like that , so to found a auto aproved one lol that why your paying 250$ bro of course their is a big discount for first order

5 articles per page for +-70 pages, you just comment with your link and index the URL, of course, you need to do manually and be careful as such blogs don't like to get a spammy score for so many extern backlinks
